Chloë Johnson gained her PhD in Chemistry and Molecular Sciences from the University of Bern (Switzerland) in 2017. She gained professional experience as a postdoctoral research chemist at Uni Bern and later at the Catalysis Research Laboratory (Germany), a collaboration lab between the University of Heidelberg and BASF. She joined the BBI JU team in December 2020 and now works as a Project Officer at Circular Bio-based Europe Joint Undertaking (CBE JU), a € 2 billion public-private-partnership between the EU and the Bio-based Industries Consortium (BIC).
