11.55 Creating Ammonium Sulphate in Ireland from Industrial Liquid Waste In March 2023 Enva started construction of a new facility that will manufacture agricultural fertiliser pellets containing Ammonium Sulphate recovered by Enva from industrial liquid wastes. The €5m investment at Enva’s EPA licenced facility in Greenogue, Dublin will be the first of its kind anywhere in the world and will utilise an innovative process developed in-house by Enva. Enva have also received End-of-waste status from the Environmental Protection Agency for the ammonium sulphate.
